Granipex®

Founded in 1968 by Arlindo de Souza, Granipex Group is a family-owned company now in its third generation, specialized in mining, processing, and exporting natural stones. Providing a complete solution for projects with natural rocks, present in over 50 countries. With its own quarries located in the states of Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais, the company ensures total control over the quality and origin of the materials, guaranteeing the exclusivity and authenticity of its products.

Granipex Group also boasts a highly equipped natural stone processing industry, with the best in technology, including CNC Donatoni, Multifio, and Serrapontes, as well as a production line for pieces with natural finishes. This investment ensures the delivery of superior quality products, tailored to the specific needs of each architectural project.

Its products are featured in world-renowned works, including the John F. Kennedy Park in Dallas, TX, the St. Regis Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the Antara Shopping Mall in Mexico City, among others, demonstrating the versatility, quality, and beauty of natural stones in various architectural and design contexts.

Granipex Group’s headquarters are strategically located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, close to one of Brazil’s largest ports, allowing for not only high-quality products but also efficient monitoring of all stages of the export process.

In 2009, the company took an important step by inaugurating its unit in Portugal, Europe, Eurogranipex. This initiative allowed for the distribution of Brazilian products and also the export of renowned Portuguese stones, such as limestone, marble, granite, and slate, consolidating its prominent position in the international market.
